With an MBA from Strayer University, Stacey specializes in building the "People Infrastructure" that allows healthcare organizations and startups to scale safely and compliantly.
As a veteran of the senior living and skilled nursing sectors, she brings a "Regulatory First" and employee-centric. Stacey leads the Fractional People Ops and Executive Advocacy wings of Bison Health, providing families and CEOs with the administrative scrutiny required to protect their most valuable assets.

Donovan Kinkade serves as our Director of Client Services & Finance, where he acts as the primary liaison between Bison Health and our diverse portfolio of families and healthcare partners. With a sharp focus on financial transparency and operational efficiency, and highly responsive.
Donovan manages the firm's account lifecycle, from initial onboarding and contract facilitation to ongoing financial oversight. He understands that when a family or organization partners with Bison Health, they require clarity and precision regarding their administrative and fiscal needs. By maintaining robust communication and meticulous attention to detail, he ensures that our clients' business and financial affairs remain in excellent order.
