This Terms of Use and Service, Policy for Privacy Agreement   set forth the standards of use of Bison Health; hereinafter call the Site, which is owned by Bison Health, LLC. of 4132 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103. By using the Site, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your use and continued use of the site are strictly governed by the terms of these terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of these terms of use, you should immediately cease all usage of this site. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of these terms of use without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Bison Health.  Your continued use of the Site after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, these terms of use may not be amended.

Definitions.

A user is someone who accesses, browses, crawls, scrapes, or in any way uses the Site. The terms you and you refer to you, as a user of the Site. The terms we, us, our, and Bison Health, refer Bison Health, LLC.

Content means text, images, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of data communication. Your Content means Content that you submit or transmit to or through the Site, such as any information that you display as part of your right to access this Site. User Content means Content that users submit or transmit to or through the Site.

Bison Health Content means Content that we create and make available on the Site. Third Party Content means Content that is made available on the Site by parties other than Bison Health, Wix or its users, such as data providers who license data to Bison Health for use on the Site. Site Content means all the Content that is made available on the Site, including Your Content, User Content, Third Party Content, and Bison Health Content. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. All others are prohibited from using the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, entity, or organization, you must be an authorized representative with the authority to bind it to the Terms of Service (which authority you hereby exercise).

Changes to the Terms of Service.

Use the Site in a manner that may create a conflict of interest, such as trading reviews with other business owners or writing or soliciting shill reviews.

Use the Site for keyword spamming or to otherwise attempt to manipulate natural search results.

Use the Site to promote bigotry or discrimination against protected classes.

Use the Site to violate any third-party right, including any breach of confidence, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.

Use the Site to submit or transmit illegal content such as pornography.

Use the Site to solicit personal information from minors.

Use the Site or to harm or threaten to cause harm to any person or organization.

Use the Site in violation of the Terms of Service or any applicable law.

Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, or create derivative works or publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Site or Site Content (other than Your Content), except as expressly authorized by Bison Health.

Reverse engineers any portion of the Site:

Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice on the Site or on any materials printed or copied off the Site

Record, process, or mine information about other users.

Use site search/retrieval application, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index the Site or any Site Content.

Access, retrieve or index the Site to for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of business reviews.

Reformat or frame any portion of the Site.

Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the technology infrastructure on Bison Health.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through hacking, password mining or any other means.

Use the Site or any Site Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature (collectively, Viruses); use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site; make excessive traffic demands; use the Site to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site or Site Content; remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site, features that prevent or restrict the use of Site Content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Site.

Responsibility for Your Content.

You alone are responsible for Your Content. You assume all risks associated with Your Content, including anyone's reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, or a

disclosure by you of information in Your Content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own, or have the necessary permissions to use, and authorize the use of, Your Content as described herein. You may not imply that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by Bison Health.

You understand and acknowledge that you may expose yourself to liability if, for example, Your Content violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory; contains material that is unlawful, including illegal hate speech or pornography; exploits or otherwise harms minors; or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation.

We may remove or reinstate User Content from time to time at our sole discretion. For example, we may remove a review if we believe it violates our content guidelines. We have no obligation to retain or provide you with copies of Your Content, nor do we guarantee any confidentiality with respect to Your Content.

Bison Health and its licensees may display advertisements and other information adjacent to or included with Your Content on the Site. You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.

Declaration of Website Owner of Copyrights, Trademarks and Patents

The content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the exclusive property of Bison Health, Wix, and/or its identified authored contributors and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We reserve the right to exercise whatever lawful means we deem necessary to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Site, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) regarding such unauthorized use.

Investigations.

We are under no obligation to monitor the Site or Site Content. However, we reserve the right to investigate possible violations of the Terms of Service, block users from the Site, and refer matters to law enforcement authorities for further investigation. Termination.

Bison Health owns the Site, including but not limited to visual and interactive features, graphics, design, compilations, computer codes, products, software, and all other elements and components of the Site excluding User Content and Third-Party Content.

Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitations of Liability.

THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN AS IS BASIS. YOUR COMMUNICATIONS OR DEALINGS WITH SUCH BUSINESSES, ADVERTISERS, AND USERS ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THEM, THOUGH BISON HEALTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MONITOR DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THEM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU RESIDE IN SUCH A JURISDICTION, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSES WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES DUE TO NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, MISREPRESENTATION OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO

BISON HEALTH IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (II) $1.00.

Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bison Health, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, any related companies, suppliers, licensors and partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless, including costs, liabilities and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your access to or use of the Site, (ii) your violation of the Terms of Service, or (iii) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Bison Health reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Bison Health. Bison Health will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

Third Parties.

The Site may include links to other websites (a Third-Party Site). We do not control or endorse any Third-Party Site, and you agree that we are not responsible for the availability or contents of such Third-Party Sites.

No Waiver

The failure of either party to abide by these terms of use or to insist upon the performance of any of the terms and conditions of these terms of use, or the waiver of any breach of any of the terms and conditions of these terms of use, shall not be construed as subsequently waiving any such terms and conditions, but the same shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if no such forbearance or waiver had occurred.

Governing Law

These terms of use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

Notices

Any notice provided for or concerning These terms of use shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficiently given when sent by certified or registered mail if sent to the respective address of each party as set forth at the beginning of these terms of use.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute under these terms of use shall be required to be resolved by binding arbitration of the parties hereto. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each party shall select one arbitrator and both arbitrators shall then select a third. The third arbitrator so selected shall arbitrate said dispute. The arbitration shall be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms of use shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of these terms of use shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in these terms of use.

Modification of Agreement

Any modification of these terms of use or additional obligation assumed by either party in connection with these terms of use shall be binding only if placed in writing and signed by each party or an authorized representative of each party.

Assignment of Rights

The rights of each party under these terms of use are personal to that party and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity without the prior, express, and written consent of the other party.

Privacy Statement of Owner of Website

When accessing our Site, Bison Health will learn certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.

If you visit our site to read or download information on our pages, we collect and store only the following information about you:

The Internet address of the Website you used to link directly to our Site.

Bison Health uses software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
