Our Multidisciplinary Leadership

We have bridged the gap between the boardroom and the bedside.  Our team is led by a powerful trio of experts.

• Clinical Leadership:  Directed by a Ph.D.-level Clinical Psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience in behavioral health and crisis stabilization.

• Operational Oversight:  Led by a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Resident Facilities Operator, and People Operations Executive, ensuring that facilities and providers are held to the highest administrative and regulatory standards.

• Clinical Advocacy:  Managed by a veteran Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing (DON) who provides expert chart audits and bedside clinical scrutiny.
